Published pricing, September 2026. Vendors’ own published pages, read in August 2026, and their pricing moves.

Nothing here is priced per site, per seat, or per percent of what you sell. One price, printed on the page, for the whole house’s first bar. The products that publish a number at all start higher than this one and most of the category will not show you a number without a call.

What people ask me first

How long does setup take?

Less than you are bracing for, because you are not typing a book in from scratch. You drop the sheets you already have: the spec sheet, the inventory or price list, an invoice, a sales export. The importer reads them, files them under the right bar, and shows you a preview of every row it wants to add or change. Nothing lands on your book until you approve that preview. A 12-drink menu goes in in one sitting, and doing it in pieces is fine: cost three drinks tonight and the rest on Sunday.

What if the numbers do not match my shelf?

Open the number and it shows you its math. Every cost traces back to the ingredient it came from, the pack price you paid, the yield you set and the prep it passed through, so a figure that looks wrong gets checked in a tap instead of argued about. That is usually how the real errors surface. The first working 12-drink book run through this engine turned up fourteen yield errors and a double-counted bottle in specs that had been poured for months, and none of them were made by the software. They were already in the book. Costs, pars and orders are plain arithmetic over your recipes, your prices and your sales, so there is no black box to take on faith.

What formats can I import?

Paste the text straight in, or drop a file: CSV, TSV, plain text, or an Excel .xlsx workbook, which gets read rather than bounced back at you. Every bar also gets its own drops address and phone number, so a sheet can be emailed in and a photo of an invoice can be texted in, and reading that photo opens the same preview a pasted sheet opens. When a file cannot be opened at all, the app says so and tells you what to export instead of quietly importing nonsense.

Can I leave with my data?

Yes, and you never have to ask me for it. Settings has an export button that writes the whole book to one JSON file: drinks, preps, ingredients and their prices, counts, sales, staff. Take a copy whenever you want, as often as you want. There is no exit fee, nothing is held back, and nothing about the format is ours to keep.

What happens when the trial ends?

The card you put on file at checkout is charged $120 for the first bar once the 14 days are up, then on the same day each month until you cancel. Cancelling is a button in the Stripe billing portal, which is linked inside the app. If you do cancel, nothing of yours is deleted: the app asks you to start the subscription again before it opens, and your book is kept for 90 days so a bar that comes back finds its work waiting. The export button works the whole time your account is open, so take a file copy before you go if you want one in hand.

The fine print

A bar means a service point under one roof: the lobby bar, the rooftop, the restaurant bar. A second address is a second subscription.

Prices do not include taxes where taxes apply, and the full terms are on the terms page.

A bar that arrives on a referral link starts on a longer free trial than the standard 14 days. The link says which.

The rest of the story, the demo bar and the costed spec card are on the front page.
