Unusual pairings
Pairs the library can cite that almost nobody makes.
- Bourbon + Cognac
both carry syringol, smokey (5 of 338 carry it)
- Bourbon + Lager
both carry 1,1-diethoxyethane, fruity (12 of 338 carry it)
- Bourbon + Red wine
both carry ethyl hexanoate, fruity berry (47 of 338 carry it)
Every one of its 15 compounds carries a paper the library can cite.
