What it is
Green cardamom is the dried seed pod of Elettaria cardamomum, a plant native to the forests of southern India.
What it tastes like
On the nose: bergamot-lavender, citrus, camphor, pine. Among its measured molecules: sabinene hydrate, alpha-terpinyl acetate, linalyl acetate, geranial, geranyl acetate.
