What it is

Dry vermouth is a fortified white wine infused with wormwood and other botanicals, made with little or no added sugar.

What it tastes like

On the nose: cooling, rose, citrus, floral. Among its measured molecules: p-menthan-3-ol, menthone, diethyl succinate, anethol, phenethyl acetate.
